I return! Exams are over and I’ve had a week to steam and let my brain start working again (it stopped after exams so I’ve had a week of gaming and rest)

So, I’ve made some new food things I’ll share.

1) Chicken and couscous thing – marinate really thin chicken slices in soy sauce, garlic, chilli and oregano (put it in a bowl in the fridge for an hour or so). Add the right amount of water to the couscous but in the water add a stock cube and then heat up a little oil in a frying pan. Throw the chicken in the pan and cook it for about 5 mins (or until ready) then remove and put on a plate and add tinned broad beans to the pan until they’re warm then add the chicken again. Plate up!

2) Spicy soupy prawn thing – cut up a bunch of veg, put the prawns in a pan and brown them a bit. Remove and throw in the veggies and water and then add the prawns again with chilli, paprika and any herbs you want. Let it cook for 30ish mins and it’s done! (have some bread too)
